Nami reads files in your folder without asking. Anything that changes something, it stops and asks first, and then it waits.

It stops mid job and waits. Nothing happens until you answer.
Here it is halfway through building an agent, about to write the file it just described to you, and it will not write it until you say so.
Three answers
Yes. This once, this file.
Yes, allow all edits during this session. Stop asking until you close the session. Useful once you have watched it work for ten minutes and you trust what it is doing.
No. The agent carries on without doing that, and usually tells you what it will do instead.
Nothing happens while it waits. Walk away in the middle of a job and it will still be sitting there when you come back.
The wording moves with the agent. Some sessions put the same three answers on an amber card instead of a numbered list. The choice is always the same: once, for the rest of the session, or not at all.

You will not miss one. A session that is waiting on you is marked in the rail, and the top bar counts how many. You can leave four running and only look at the one that needs you.
